Using the Predictive Index assessments and methodologies, Dr. Zipple provides consulting and coaching for executive teams, business owners, and other industries.
Our task was to create branding, a website, and social media from the ground up for this consulting company, as well as promoting their partnership with Predictive Index.
This project spanned three months, beginning with the branding.
Branding Phase
Dr. Zipple shared with us his vision for the name, Silverflux, suggesting it captures value, motion, building, and connecting — all elements that are part of his brand.
We began our competitive research on other Predictive Index partners, to get a feel for the market. We created a mood board based on our perception of where the new brand could flourish, including details on the look and feel of the brand, and key goals for the company.
The brand was built on two essential pillars: the Predictive Index partnership, and the name Silverflux.
Design Phase
After defining the Silverflux brand, our creative team took the mood board, logo design, and branding guide and started to mold a design system for the Silverflux team to use widely in presentations, print materials, social media, and our web design.
The goal for the web design was to create unique branding and a competitive online presence for this Predictive Index partner.
Development Phase
Development began with taking our design and creating a WordPress website using a Grid System and our own Mediaura-Branded customizable template.
Goals for development included making it super easy for the Silverflux team to update their content and regularly post blogs on subjects such as “Executive Coaching” or “Becoming a Better Office Manager.”
This brand’s call to action is to ask users to take a free behavioral assessment through Predictive Index. The results are emailed to you, with the option of scheduling a meeting with a Silverflux team member to go over a more detailed report and explore further consulting options.
Completion
We wrapped up this project with successful results and appreciation from the client. Our team was able to take our client’s concepts and vision, and create a brand and online presence that will bring them contacts and business.
