We are excited to announce our latest launch: a redesigned website for the Center for Lay Ministries, a local organization with has 2 programs: the Food Pantry and Bliss House.
The Center for Lay Ministries came to us wanting to broaden their awareness in the local communities. Located in Downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana near the Big Four Walking Bridge, the Center for Lay Ministries provides food services to the local community and has a residential living facility for women who are going through addiction recovery. Their main goal with this redesign project was to give a fresh and modern feel with their current brand to bring in more volunteers, donations, and brand awareness.
Our goal was to streamline a brand new website that was to be clean and direct the eyes to the point. Giving space for the important headers and flowing the content to match. Our secondary goal was ‘Information.’ We wanted to give space to important and vital information that users will be looking for, right up front.
The Center for Lay Ministries was completely open to our recommendations and gave us creative freedoms for this project. We recommended moving the site to WordPress for usability and for them having to make any updates and/or adjustments themselves. A couple of our employees volunteered their time to take and implement professional photography of their Food Pantry and Bliss House. We did content creation to make sure that the new website gave them a more consistent brand voice that fits their mission statements.
If you’re ever looking to volunteer or donate to a local pantry, the Center for Lay Ministries is always needing more volunteers and financial contributions.
