A Tech Legend… Everywhere But Social

JAVS has been at the forefront of tech in its field since it started in the ‘80s — helping to automate court systems around the world. 

The company has been so focused on modernizing its clients, however, it hasn’t always had time to cultivate its own digital presence.

When JAVS first reached out to us, their website was slow and they hadn’t posted on their social media in close to four months. And the year prior, they had only posted once. 

They needed to up their website game and rebuild their social presence, so they called upon another tech pioneer to do so: Us.

The Solution

Operation: Engaging Content

JAVS came to us so we could transfer website hosting to Mediaura and do a full website cleanup so their site would run fast and be optimized for SEO. Once we were up to speed with the website (pun intended), we started to review their social presence. Over the years, JAVS had gone through distinct phases on social media, posting mainly photos of its staff and then switching to graphics as trends have shifted. While those graphics were visually appealing, there weren’t many of them, due to the company’s lack of posting consistency. We were able to up the volume on those graphics while still maintaining their quality.

Of course, pretty pictures are nothing without valuable content. To fix the perennial problem facing B2B companies on social media — boring posts — we focused on a healthy mix of educational, entertaining, and promotional content. 

And the results have followed.

JAVS already had a healthy audience awaiting it on social media, thanks to its time in the industry and stellar reputation; It just needed to give them what they wanted: Posts to like and engage with. 

Over the course of three months, JAVS experienced a 2,631% increase in impressions on its LinkedIn page — from a couple hundred people coming across their profile to tens of thousands. 

Engagement has also skyrocketed for our client. JAVS has a 9.33% engagement rate on its LinkedIn posts.

In the industry, 2% is considered a “good” rate, and 6% is fantastic. By those metrics, we like to think JAVS is somewhere in between legendary and epic — or at least 4X better than other users.

Why Stop There?

JAVS also enlisted our web development expertise to create a dynamic new form for their website that allows potential customers to submit service requests. This interactive form walks through what options are available for courtrooms and generates a copy of that for both the customer and JAVS to keep for their records. This better helped their business development team reach out to customers with an individualized solution already in place.

We did this — and integrated it with the CRM platform JAVS uses, so it fit seamlessly in with the rest of their operations.
