Mediaura Cookie Policy

Introduction

Mediaura, Inc. (“Mediaura,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on mediaura.com to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. This Cookie Policy explains what those technologies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them.

This policy applies to mediaura.com and its subpages. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly. It does not cover client websites we build or manage, or the Mediaura Signal application, which have their own notices.

Effective date: October 30, 2026

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your browser on later visits. In this policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies that serve the same purpose:

  • Pixels and tags: small pieces of code that send information about a page visit or action to us or a third-party provider.
  • Local and session storage: browser storage that holds information on your device, similar to a cookie.
  • Device and network signals: information such as IP address, browser type, and device characteristics, which some tools use to detect automated traffic.

First-party cookies are set by mediaura.com. Third-party cookies are set by another company’s domain, such as an analytics or advertising provider. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

How we use cookies

We group the technologies on mediaura.com into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; the others can be turned off as described in “Your choices” below.

  1. Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work and stay secure, including serving cached pages, remembering your cookie preferences, and protecting forms from spam.
  2. Analytics and attribution. Help us understand how visitors find and use the site and which marketing activities lead to inquiries.
  3. Advertising and remarketing. Let advertising partners measure the results of our campaigns and show you Mediaura ads on other websites and platforms based on your visit to our site.
  4. Functional. Support site features, such as call tracking that routes and attributes phone calls, and third-party review displays.

We do not use cookies on mediaura.com to collect health information, and we ask that you not submit health information through our site forms.

The table lists the providers whose cookies or tags run on mediaura.com, with representative cookie names. Providers change their cookie names and lifetimes from time to time, so durations are typical maximums.

Your choices

Analytics, advertising, and functional technologies are active when you first visit mediaura.com, and you can turn off any category except strictly necessary at any time.

  • Cookie preferences. Select “Cookie Preferences” in the site footer to turn categories on or off. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your browser, so it applies only to that browser and device and must be set again if you clear your cookies.
  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat our use of advertising and remarketing cookies as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can opt out by selecting “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the site footer, which turns off advertising and remarketing technologies.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser, and we turn off advertising and remarketing technologies automatically.
  • Do Not Track. There is no common standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
  • Industry and provider opt-outs. You can also limit interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, Google Ad Settings, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Opting out of advertising cookies does not stop you from seeing ads. It means the ads you see will not be based on your visit to mediaura.com.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we add, remove, or change the technologies on our site or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
