Kari James is Mediaura’s Senior Account Executive with over two decades of experience in the Louisville area, helping organizations achieve their marketing and advertising goals through agency partners. Kari enjoys blending relationship-building with creativity to form productive partnerships between clients and marketing teams.

As the account manager for these partnerships, Kari has helped guide clients through some of Mediaura’s most notable growth stories. She has managed the BrightSpring Health Services account since 2023, supporting the healthcare company’s expansion from posting for two brands to more than 140 posts a month across 22 locations as BrightSpring grew and went public. She also manages NV5 Geospatial’s account, helping the national company capture B2B leads through highly targeted ad campaigns. Additionally, Kari continues to help Pearl Street Game & Coffee House establish their brand in their local market with their continued use of Mediaura’s social media and web maintenance services. Both relationships reflect the blend of consistency and creativity Kari brings to every client partnership.
