What is a CRM, and should I use one?

In this video, I explain what a CRM is, why you should use it, and how it can help your sales and marketing teams grow your business. We encourage all our customers to leverage a CRM because it helps measure results, nurture leads, power marketing automation, and ultimately deliver better results. We work with various CRM systems, including SalesForce, SharpSpring, Zoho, and HubSpot. Some customers use it as a modern-day Rolodex, but they can do much more. Imagine tracking all your leads, and if one of them that went cold suddenly showed activity after months of waiting, it could Email them and start a marketing automation funnel. How many more deals could you close per year with this capability alone?
