Louisville Business First recently launched “Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville”, a new awards program that celebrates the areas best employers. According to the Business First website, “whether [the business] offer flexible schedules, family-friendly benefits or unusual team-building activities, these employers take the extra steps to stand out as Best Places to Work.”
The honoree results were determined by a survey conducted by Omaha, Nebraska based Quantum Workplace. All who participated were asked to fill out the survey anonymously and their responses factored with the level of employee engagement, determined a business or organization’s score.
There are three categories of businesses in the running: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 99 employees, and 100 or more employees. Mediaura was named as one of the eight companies with 10 to 24 employees that earned a score high enough to qualify for the awards program.
When asked why exactly we deserve the title of Best Place to Work, our team members were quick to respond. The close-knit team at Mediaura works collaboratively on projects and everyone has an important role in the process. We’re always encouraged to learn something new, ask questions and voice our opinions.
