This past weekend, Mediaura was honored to attend the 2015 Long John Silver’s Franchisee Convention in Chicago. As Long John Silver’s (LJS) digital partner, we sent our account services team to represent our company and show support to our client. Mediaura participated as a bronze sponsor and hosted the break sessions during the general session.
While at the expo, our team members were honored to meet the new leadership team at the LJS corporate office. Big names and a combined 150 years of experience make up their outstanding new team, giving us confidence that LJS is being steered in a very successful direction. Their presentation clearly stated their goals, missions, and how they plan to charter the waters of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The convention theme, “Mission: Gold Standard”, was derived from the infamous James Bond movies. “Mission: Gold Standard” plays on the notion that all pillars of the company will be held to the highest standard. Everything from operations, products, services, and marketing will be improved, creating an overall better experience for their customers.
This was an engaging and encouraging convention for the franchisees, the corporate team, and all vendors that partner with LJS. Mediaura was pleased to attend and support our client and all of their efforts.
